When we make your appointment, we are reserving a room and the doctor’s time in order to exceed your expectations. Our individual scheduling is one of the things that make this practice so unique and special for our patients. Our time is solely dedicated to the patient, and you will rarely have to wait. Because of this, however, it is very important that you do not miss your appointment and that you are on time. We understand that emergencies happen and if you must change an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your appointment to another patient that may need it. After the second missed appointment, without 24 hour notice, a fee will be applied to your account. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments will result in loss of future appointment privileges.
